Katomeri Resort Villas are located just outside the traditional Greek Village of Katomeri. The villas are located above Katomeri Resort Suites which make it the perfect accommodation for large groups of friends and family for special occassionas such as weddings, birthdays or anniversaries.
 
Villa Ira is one of 3 maisonettes each of 125 square metres which can accommodate up to 6 guests.  Each have three bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each and a WC. 
 
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed which can easily convert into two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen-dining room, and a living room with a sofa. 
 
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with a double bed, a desk, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with a view of the swimming pool and the Ionian Sea. 
 
One of the bedrooms is a 30-square-metre master bedroom with a separate sofa-swing, a TV, a desk and a walk-in closet.

The ideal location allows you to enjoy the peaceful Greek natural environment with views over to mainland and Kalamos as well as being able to stroll into the village through the picturesque streets.

  • The pool is cleaned by means of electrolysis without the use of chemicals; there is biological wastewater treatment thanks to which the water is used to irrigate plants. There are also triple energy-glazed windows, a fan coil heat pump for heating and cooling, as well as LED lights.

  • There is an indoor and outdoor alarm system, outdoor security cameras, a safety zone alarm in the pools, fire protection, and a security box.

* Minimum stay 3 nights low and mid season, during high season 7 nights 

Payments
 
We require a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay amount into the owners bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. A further 70% of the total amount can be paid upon arrival or transferred to our bank account within the last week before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.​

A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your damage deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Payments
Reservation cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax.

 

Guests  can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
