Katomeri Resort Suites
The stunning stone-built Katomeri Resort Suites offers a collection of four luxurious suites, 3 with private swimming pools that overlook the leafy, olive covered hillsides towards Atherinos bay and surrounded by cypress trees.
The suites have been designed with everything a guest will need and have a boutique hotel feel to them with high quality furnishings and decorations.
The pools have an electronical cleaning system which cleans using electrolysis without any chlorine and chemicals at all. Each pool also has hydromassage with 3 settings and the option to heat them.
Above the suites are 3 villas which will have 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and a double sofa bed and a stool which turns into a single bed in the living area. The whole resort is ideal for large celebrations and weddings.
You can walk into the tradtional village of Katomeri and walk through flower lined streets and watch the older ladies doing their embroidery by the sides of the road. Alternatively Vathy is a 10 minute walk downhill to reach harbour front coffee shops and bars.

Situated on the middle level of the property there are 3 suites each with its own private pool and shaded deck area for relaxing moments.
Each suite sleeps 2 - 5 people in 1 double bedroom plus 1 double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed in the living area.
The suites have black out curtains and certified non-slip floors and the glass doors of each room are double glazed and energy efficient. The construction has also been built to maximize energy efficiency too.

Payments
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking via bank transfer, the remaining 70% is to be paid on arrival. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.
A new 'Climate Crisis Resilience Tax" was introduced on 01/01/2024, which contributes to the current climate related issues that Greece has for example the forest fires and floods. This is a new manatory tax for all tourism rentals and hotel bookings in Greece. The rate for the suites is 3 Euros per night. This is payable with either of your payments or on your arrival to the suite in cash. This then gets paid by the owners to the Government. More information can be found on this website here
Reservation Cancellations
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before the arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within the 60 days before arrival. If guests don't show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. No fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking or bookings which are cancelled 12 Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax.
