Villa Kallisti is the newest addition to the group of 3 villas; Villa Kallisti, Villa Eleni and Villa Afroditi. It was built in 2017 and is a charming and spacious property. The name concept of the villas is based on the most beautiful women of ancient Greece, it's name “Kallisti” means the most beautiful of all women. It can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.

 

Located outside of Spartochori, in a hill above Spilia port, five minutes away from the centre of the village. Villa Kallisti is slightly closer to the village than the other two villas, Eleni and Hera.

You are greeted in a lovely large living, dining and kitchen area when entering the villa. The interior furnishings are traditional and modern which fit with the aesthetic of Spartochori. The living and dining area patio doors open onto the large pool terrace and outside dining area.

Payments
 
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.

The owner requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure the booking and the remaining 70% balance to be paid 1 month prior to your arrival. Bookings made within a month of arrival will require full payment to secure the booking.

A new 'Climate Crisis Resilience Tax" was introduced on 01/01/2024, which contributes to the current climate related issues that Greece has for example the forest fires and floods. This is a new manatory tax for all tourism rentals and hotel bookings in Greece. The rate for the villas is 10 Euros per night. This is payable with either of your payments or on your arrival to the villa in cash. This then gets paid by the owners to the Government. More information can be found on this website here

Reservation Cancellations

 

The owner offers free cancellation up to 1 month before your holiday. The 50% deposit will be kept by the owner for cancellations made within a month of your holiday.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone.
