Villa Penelope is a two-storey maisonette with an area of 150 sq.m. and outdoor area of 250 sq.m. which can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and a WC.
On the ground floor there is one of the three bedrooms with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa.
On the 1st floor you can find the other two bedrooms with a double bed, a desk, a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and the Ionian Sea. One of them is a Master covering 30 sqm, with TV and desk.

Private 55m2 pool. The pool is cleaned and disinfected naturally with salt, an automatic PH-regulating system and chlorine. It is open all year round, it has a shallow point, and hence it is suitable for all ages. Chairs, deck chairs and towels available.

The pool is cleaned by means of electrolysis without the use of chemicals; there is biological wastewater treatment thanks to which the water is used to irrigate plants. There are also triple energy-glazed windows, a fan coil heat pump for heating and cooling, as well as LED lights.

Payments
We require a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay amount into the owners bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. A further 70% of the total amount can be paid upon arrival or transferred to our bank account within the last week before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.
A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your damage deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reservation cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax.
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
