Villa Pasithea is a modern stone-built property featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Outdoors, a private swimming pool and shaded dining area create the perfect setting for al fresco meals while soaking in the surrounding Ionian landscape.

Just off the driveway, guests will find a small bird sanctuary, which the on-site maintenance manager, Pericles, is delighted to introduce to visitors—making it a particularly enjoyable experience for children. The two villas also share a spacious communal barbecue area, complete with a large seating space and conveniently located near the entrance, ideal for relaxed evening gatherings or barbecues with family and friends.

Please note that due to the traditional design of the property, the ceiling height in this bedroom is lower than standard above the bed, and guests should take care when entering and exiting the bed.

NOTE - The 1st Floor bathroom uses the guest bathroom at the bottom of the stairs.

Prices

* Prices exclude the 15 Euros per night Climate Tax introduced in 2024. See below for more information.

Payments

We require a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay amount into the owners bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. A further 70% of the total amount can be paid upon arrival or transferred to our bank account 1 month before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.

A new 'Climate Crisis Resilience Tax" was introduced on 01/01/2024, which contributes to the current climate related issues that Greece has for example the forest fires and floods. This is a new manatory tax for all tourism rentals and hotel bookings in Greece. The rate for the villas is 15 Euros per night. This is payable with either of your payments or on your arrival to the villa in cash. This then gets paid by the owners to the Government. More information can be found on this website here

Reservation Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
