Villa Nefeli is a modern 3 bedroom villa located overlooking the traditional Greek island village of Spartochori and over to Skorpios Island. You can sit back and watch the beautiful sunsets over Meganisi and Lefkada from the pool terrace.
The Villa is one of 3 Polyvolos Villas (Villa Tina and Villa Nadine) which are in the same area making them ideal for large groups of friends or family who would like to be close but also have their own privacy.
Opening the front door you enter into the living area and kitchen with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. There is a downstairs bathroom and a twin bedroom which can be made up into a double. Upstairs there are 2 en-suite double bedrooms with a large balcony which has 2 separate areas for each room, one with 2 chairs and a coffee table and another with a sofa and coffee table with to enjoy the view, ideal for morning coffees or enjoying a bottle of wine.
The villa has a modern BBQ area including worktop surface, sink and storage for outside dining with a dining table to seat 6 guests. It's the perfect place for relaxing and watching the sunset over the harbour of a midday lunch in the shade.
Access to the villa is via a shared private electrical gate with Villa Tina. Villa Nefeli is the further away villa when entering the property and there is space for parking cars next to the villa.

Bedroom 1
The ground-floor bedroom offers twin beds that can be arranged as a double, along with a dressing table, wardrobe, and air-conditioning. Patio doors lead directly onto the pool terrace, and guests have convenient access to the separate guest bathroom.
Bedroom 2
The first-floor double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, and wash basin, along with a wardrobe, dressing table, and air-conditioning for added comfort. Patio doors open onto a balcony, furnished with two armchairs and a coffee table, offering spectacular views across Spartochori village, Skorpios Island, and Lefkada.
Bedroom 3
The 2nd first-floor double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, and wash basin, along with a wardrobe, dressing table, and air-conditioning for added comfort. Patio doors open onto a large balcony, furnished with a sofa with a coffee table to the right side of the property for privacy.
Each bedroom has complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.

Payments
The owner requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure the booking and the remaining 70% balance to be paid 1 month prior to your arrival. Bookings made within a month of arrival will require full payment to secure the booking.
A new 'Climate Crisis Resilience Tax" was introduced on 01/01/2024, which contributes to the current climate related issues that Greece has for example the forest fires and floods. This is a new manatory tax for all tourism rentals and hotel bookings in Greece. The rate for the villas is 15 Euros per night. This is payable with either of your payments or on your arrival to the villa in cash. This then gets paid by the owners to the Government. More information can be found on this website here
Reservation Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax.
The amount of the deposit to be refunded:

Cancellation made more than 2 months before arrival - 100% of the deposit

Cancellation made less than 2 months but not less than 1 month before arrival - 20% of the deposit

Cancellation made less than 1 month before arrival - the deposit is not refunded
