Villa Kalithea is a modern 3 bedroom villa located overlooking the traditional fishing village of Vathy. You can sit back and watch the daily fishing boats coming and going and the boat traffic of the town quay and marina opposite. Kalithea means 'lovely view' and it certainly has a panoramic view. The large 8 x 5m pool is perfect for relaxing and cooling down in the summer heat and the pool terrace has a lounge area with shade for those who prefer to stay out of the sun.

Opening the front door you enter into the living area and kitchen with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. There is a downstairs bathroom and a double bedroom with an extra single bed perfect for children. Upstairs there are 2 en-suite double bedrooms with balconies which have tables and chairs to enjoy the view, ideal for morning coffees or enjoying a bottle of wine.

The villa has a new large modern BBQ area for outside dining with a bar table attached to the BBQ. Its the perfect place for relaxing and watching the sunset over the harbour.

​

Access to the villa is either by the path up from Vathy Harbour or from a road above with offroad parking so carrying shopping and luggage is easy. The local supermarkets also offer delivery.

 

The villa does have a lot of steps up to it from the harbour so it's not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

Payments
 
We require a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay amount into our bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. A further 70% of the total amount can be paid upon arrival or transferred to our bank account within the last week before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.​

Reservation Cancellations
 

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax.

 

The amount of the deposit to be refunded:

​

  • Cancellation made more than 2 months before arrival - 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellation made less than 2 months but not less than 1 month before arrival - 20% of the deposit
  • Cancellation made less than 1 month before arrival - the deposit is not refunded
