Anicca is a modern luxury villa of 100m2 on an area of 4200m2. The villa is designed by Markat Construction Company and is located on a hill top on Meganisi Island with great ocean views in a stunning natural surrounding.

 

It has its own private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Anicca has a spacious open-plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed with en suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with twin beds converted into a King sized bed.

Payments
 
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and the balance before 1 month of the date of arrival. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.

A new 'Climate Crisis Resilience Tax" was introduced on 01/01/2024, which contributes to the current climate related issues that Greece has for example the forest fires and floods. This is a new manatory tax for all tourism rentals and hotel bookings in Greece. The rate for the villas is 10 Euros per night. This is payable with either of your payments or on your arrival to the villa in cash. This then gets paid by the owners to the Government. More information can be found on this website here

Reservation Cancellations
 

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
