Anicca is a modern luxury villa of 100m2 on an area of 4200m2. The villa is designed by Markat Construction Company and is located on a hill top on Meganisi Island with great ocean views in a stunning natural surrounding.

 

It has its own private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Anicca has a spacious open-plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed with en suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with twin beds converted into a King sized bed.

 

All sleeping amenities are bespoke Cocomat nature line and all bathrooms offer Zealots natural toiletries. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Welcome basket with fresh fruits & wine on your arrival ! Live an awesome experience at Anicca luxury villa at Meganisi !

* Minimum stay 3 nights

Payments
 
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and the balance before 2 weeks of the date of arrival. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
