This complex has been developed and influenced by a 60’s architectural and design style. Next to the bright modern pavilion-style living room, the planted roof terraces form an extension to the landscape and blend with the garden terraces.
Long horizontal walls contribute to the overall design, giving shape and order to the sloping landscape while merging with the walls that form the building. Bold concrete canopies, accentuate the building’s linearity. This interplay between indoors and outdoors is characteristic of the design.
Planted earth, stonewalls, and rough concrete contrast with the crystalline surfaces of the pool and the pavilion’s large glass walls. The bright blue of the Ionian Sea complements the overall picture.
The earthy finishes and materials used are intentionally selected to blend in with the natural surroundings. The spaces created are connected with a sense of natural flow. Pockets of privacy are introduced along various parts of the building, both indoors and outdoors. All non-custom-made furniture and art are from a private collection of vintage Scandinavian design pieces.
This exquisite seafront 7700m2 property is located on Balos Bay in Meganisi Island, close to Lefkada and Skorpios Islands. It has a prime location just North East of Vathy and with exceptional views of the bay in which it is located. Balos bay is ideal for swimming and boat access. The complex has its own beach access path, leading to a secondary beach entrance and its own floating dock.
The complex has 5 large rooms and sits on a 7,700 sqm plot. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. All rooms have a sea view and independent accesses. All rooms are fully equipped with smart TVs, Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, coffee machines, and ample storage space.
The common indoor spaces comprise a large living room, dining room, large kitchen, food storage, guest WC, office space, and laundry & storage rooms. All have amazing sea views of the bay and Lefkada beyond. Those lead directly to the outdoor pool, BBQ area, outdoor dining, and pool lounge. The pool area has its own shower and WC. There are many outdoor sitting areas around the pool and close to each room (for more privacy). The Pool is 18m x 6.5m.
There is a beach path through the property that leads to the beach below. The beach entrance area has a fridge for drinks, Kayak, Paddleboard, a shower & changing room for convenience. The property also has a beachfront landscaped area and its own floating wooden dock for swimming and boat access.
There is a large covered parking area that can easily fit 3 cars and more can be accommodated within the property as well as our external parking area.
Koumari also has their own minivan that can accommodate your transport needs within the island.

Payments
We require a bank transfer of 50% of the total stay amount into the owners bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. The 50% balance of the total amount to be transferred to the owners bank account one month before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.
