Mistral House 1 is a ground floor 50m2 apartment located on the harbour front in the traditional fishing village of Vathy on Meganisi. The apartment boasts a large shaded terrace opening onto the harbour and main square. With one double bedroom and one sofa bed it's ideal for couples or smaller families.

 

The outside dining table is perfect for enjoying your breakfast or lunch in the shade, dining in the evenings or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the activities in the village.

A short walk away you will find 2 supermarkets and there are coffee shops and restaurants close by.

  • All prices are with breakfast for two at Mistral Boutique Hotel

  • For every extra person above the age of 5, the supplement charge is 15 €/night

  • Minimum length of stay is 3 nights

  • A new climate resilience tax came into effect in January and the nightly rate is €1.50/night which is payable seperately.

Payments
 
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking via bank transfer, the remaining 50% is to be paid 1 momth prior to arrival via bank transfer. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.

Reservation Cancellations

 

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. 

 

Full refund to be returned for cancellations one month or prior the check in date, otherwise there will be no refund
