Villa Calypso is located on the western side of the island and stands proudly above Agrilia Beach - arguably one of the nicest beaches on the island.

 

This 310 Sqm villa has 5 bedrooms- including two guesthouses and one staff suite, all with ensuite bathrooms. There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas and an infinity pool with expansive views across the sea to Lefkada.The villa has direct access to the beach via a private path and features a recreational beach area with pergola and sunbeds.

* Minimum stay 7 nights

Payments
 
We require a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay amount into the owners bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. A further 70% of the total amount can be paid upon arrival or transferred to our bank account within the last week before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.​

Reservation Cancellations
 

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax.

 

The amount of the deposit to be refunded:

  • Cancellation made more than 2 months before arrival - 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellation made less than 2 months but not less than 1 month before arrival - 20% of the deposit
  • Cancellation made less than 1 month before arrival - the deposit is not refunded
