Summary
 

Saint Fanouris Villas are located in tranquil Balos Bay on Meganisi. There are 4 stone villas looking out over the bay and this, the lower villa, also has views out over to mainland Greece from the master bedroom balcony. The interiors are comfortable and modern and each villa sleep 4 guetss in a master bedroom on the top floor and 2 3/4 bedrooms on the lower level.

This summer the owners are only renting the top and bottom villas out so the 2 inbetween will be mostly unoccupied other than the family coming occasionally.

​

The villa has its own pool overlooking the bay with 4 sunlougers, umbrella and shower. the patio doors opening from each kitch open onto a dining balcony with a table to seat 4 guests.

​

Each room has floor aircondition units and in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom there are electric blinds.

​

There are 2 entrances, one from the lower road and one from the top road depending which guests prefer to use to drive into the individual driveways.

* Minimum stay 7 nights

Payments
 
We require a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay amount into the owners bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. A further 70% of the total amount can be paid upon arrival or transferred to our bank account 2 weeks before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.​

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
