Grey Luxury Villa I is one of two luxury contemporary villas on the West Coast of Meganisi. The villa steps lead down to a large garden with sun loungers on the waterfront. Soak up the sun and swim in the tropical coloured waters to cool down in the summer heat. The villa has 2 bedrooms on the lower level and the kitchen/living area is upstairs to make the most of the panoramic sea view.

Looking through the large sliding doors in the living area is like looking at a large sea canvas. Whether you are lazining by the sea on the sunbeds, swimming in the pool or looking out from the large sofa in the living room you can be mesmerised by the movement of the sea and the passing boat traffic through the Meganisi channel.

Walking through the main gate you can take the doorway on the left to lead onto the pool terrace or enter through the main door at mid level going down to the bedrooms or up to the living area. Alternatively the lower gate leading the the bedroom terrace. Entering from the pool terrace you step into the large open plan living area with panoramic sea views. The living room has blackout blinds and a sofa bed. The owners put some guest storage for extra guests near the guest bathroom.

 

The large private pool area is surrounded by a vibrant garden and the infinity edge of the swimming pool overflows into the childrens pool.

There is a large parking area outside the villas on the side of the road specifically for the villas.

Turning right out of the villa you will reach a bend at the bottom of the hill where there is a short path on the right onto another section of beautiful beach. Follow the road until it turns to a rocky track and there is another bay which small rebtal boats from Lefkada come to sea the amazing coloured water.

 

A short 3 minute walk down the beach or road is Agios Ioannis Beach which is infront of Agios Ionnis Church and a little further is Il Paradiso restaurant set in a beautiful garden.

NOTES: 

There are 15 steps to the villa and 83 steps down the path to the beach so the villa is unsutibale for guests with mobility problems. Children should be supervised at all times for the steps.
