Bereta Beach
At the very end of the Meganisi tail is the cove of Bereta. It's beautiful crystal clear waters mesmerise all who venture down there. The beach can only be accessed by boat and there is a narrow beach and spectaular horizontal rocks going into the sea. Take plenty of refreshments and food with you because once you get there you won't want to leave.
Just around the corner from the beach, to the right, there is a small low sea cave with vibrant blue water inside. Enter at your own risk though as it is very low and entrance during choppy seas is highly unadvised.
A note for the weather though if renting day boats. We recommend going a far South early in the morning and heading back up the coast after lunch as the meltemi winds pick up in the afternoons and the sea can suddenly get quite choppy.
