A Stylish Greek villa with private pool located on the outskirts of Spartochori village. The villa has stunning views over the Ionian Sea to Skorpios Island, Lefkada and mainland Greece.

 

The interior is traditional, comfortable and homely. The centre of Spartochori is only a 5 minute walk away where you will find restaurants, bars, giftshops and supermarkets.

The villa has a large terrace with private pool and beautiful garden with plenty of areas to cool down in the summer heat. You can use fresh oranges and lemons for cooking and experience the Greek way of living. There is also gated parking and a large BBQ.

The downstairs bathroom is shared by the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and has a bath and combined shower. The washing machine is also located in here too.

Payments
 
A deposit equivalent to 1/3rd of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking and the balance 2 weeks before the date of arrival. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.
 
NOTE - A safety deposit of €1,000 is required on arrival which will be refunded at the end of your holiday after a villa check over.

Payments and cancellations

Reservation Cancellations

 

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
