Villa Athina is one of three individually designed villas at this location, built in the style of the local architecture using natural as well as modern materials. These villas combine respect to tradition with the modern comforts sought by today's guests.

​Villa Athina is the most spacious of the complex as it can accommodate up to 8 people. The indoor is painted in the colors of white and soft grey and it has airy and big areas and bedrooms. Its modern architecture in combination with the private swimming pool in the patio promise warm hospitality and comfortable vacation.

 

Walking down the stone path, in the shade of olive and pine trees, our guests will reach the small private beach, where one can enjoy the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea.

* Minimum stay 5 nights

Payments
 
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking, a further 25% within 56 days of the date of arrival and the balance within 7 days of the date of arrival. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.

Reservation Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
