Teachers House is located in the heart of the traditional village of Spartochori. The property features an outdoor pool shared by it's 2 suites and 1 studio. All the accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi throughout.

 

Every room has a TV and certain units include a seating area where you can relax. You will also find a kettle in the room. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a hot tub.

Being in the heart of Spartochori, Teachers House is conveniently situated within walking distance to shops and restaurants whilst being in a quiet area of the village. The suites and studio were newly rented from 2016 and are decorated with light and modern furniture whilst keeping the traditional feeling.

 

Spilia Bay beach, the closest beach to the property is a 10 minute walk down the hill from the village or a 2 minute drive away.

  • Minimum length of stay is 2 nights

Payments
 
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking via bank transfer, the remaining 70% is to be paid on arrival. The full amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking for all bookings made within 28 days of arrival. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.

Reservation Cancellations
 

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
