Nema Villas development is located at the picturesque island of Meganisi. Placed in the midst of a paradise of scenic environment and small charming beaches-wait to be discovered, it will compromise only with the best of you expectations.

Nema Villa II is distanced only 150 meters from the beach and consists of two 80 square meter villas (2 levels) and one villa of 60 square meter (one level), each with a private pool. The internal design consists of an upper space divided harmonically into two bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a single lower space for the living room-dining room and kitchen. The concept intends to provide a unique cozy experience bringing forward luxury, warmth and convenience for your special moments.

The villas are equipped with all you need for your comfort, such as wi-fi access, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, modern furniture and decoration, smart TV and a safe for your personal items.

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and the balance on the day on the day of arrival in cash or payment by card. All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmed by Exclusive Meganisi. Payments made in sterling will be charged at the exchange rate set by the bank being used for the transfer.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax. The amount of the deposit that will be refunded will depend on the number of weeks notice we receive.
