Villa Babu is a unique contemparary villa with zen garden, large pool and a yoga deck ontop of the villa with breathtaking view over the glittering Ionian sea. This tranquil surrounding is ideal for those who want to relax scenery and beautifully maintained gardens.

 

With its contemporary clean lines, the villa is designed so that the inside seamlessly transitions to the outside space and the large floor to ceiling doors reflect the Greek trees and flowers blending it into the surrounding landscape.

The main villa has a large open plan living and dining area. The modern very equipped kitchen has a double oven and a adjoining pantry where you will find an industrial fridge ideal for storing extra drinks and lots of storage space. The long dining table which seats 8 is infront of the kitchen with large opening doors onto the terrace.

 

The large living room has a comfortable L shaped sofa and an eye catching  Dominic Imbert woodburner. The large floor to ceiling doors surround the woodburner  There is also a large flat screen smart TV and Sonos bluetooth speaker.

Babu is also equipped with Starlink internet, "users can engage in activities that historically have not been possible with satellite internet. Starlink’s high-speed, low-latency service is made possible via the world’s largest constellation of highly advanced satellites operating in a low orbit around the Earth" providing the best connection possible.

​

To the right of the kitchen and wide hallway you will find a guest bathroom then the master bedroom which has a double sided glass fireplace. There is a 2 person sauna in the bedroom and an in bedroom shower. The floor to ceiling wardrobes behind the bed lead to the WC. Large doors open onto the terrace and visibility blackout provide privacy 

 

The two 28m2 garden suites are located behind the villa and each has their own outdoor seating areas. The suites are contemporary with open shower into the bedroom and separate WC. Large floor to ceiling doors covering 2 walls of the suite with visibility blackout blinds.

 

The large main terrace features a shaded outdoor dining area with blinds to block the morning sun and numerous seating areas to choose from making it ideal for special occassions and wedding receptions or anniversaries. Catering can also be arranged at an additional cost.

 

The villa also boasts a zen garden next to the swimming pool and ontop of the villa steps lead you up to an impressive yoga deck with panoramic views over Kastos and Kalamos and the tail of Meganisi.

If you like table tennis you will find a table tennis table in the basement along with the laundry machines. The basement is accessed from the garden path outside to the right of the villa. 

​

There is a private driveway leading to the main villa with gates and the parking area where there is a large olive tree in the centre of a round about.

 

The villa has been lavishly furnished so the owner requests a security deposit of 2,000 Euros incase of damages which will be returned at the end of the holiday after being checked that everything is ok.

 

The villa does have areas where there are large drops with no handrails or barriers such as up to the yoga deck and the layout of the villa bedrooms makes it not suitable for younger children. The age limit for the villa is 12. 

​

The villa has a generator incase of the occasional island summer power cuts. It rarely happens but is there if needed.
