Shangri-La is a unique secluded paradise with stunning 60m2 infinity pool and a breathtaking view over the glittering Ionian Sea. This tranquil surrounding puts your mind at ease and lets the stress of the of daily life melt away. 

 

With its contemporary clean lines, combined with typical Mediterranean design accents, Shangri-La offers an inviting atmosphere to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

 

In the main villa you find the fully equipped kitchen, and pantry with washing machine, a dining area and lounge with a unique and beautiful olive tree. Off from the main living area is the master double bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. On the way out of the main villa towards the tower you will find a guest bathroom on your right.

 

Separated from the main house is the romantic Greek tower. The top suite offers an open roofed bedroom that sleeps 2 with an ensuite bathroom. The lower suite opens onto the big terrace where you can relax on the romantic daybed. It also sleeps 2 with an en-suite bathroom.

 

The 3rd suite can be reached by walking down the lavender lined garden pass. The suite sleeps 2 and features an open plan bathroom and also a private terrace where you can enjoy a  night cap while watching the stars.

 

The main terrace features a shaded outdoor dining area.  On the adjacent spacious terrace, you can relax on comfortable sunbeds under tropical umbrellas. There is also 2 yoga decks which can be accessed with caution as there are sudden drops beyond them. The views from the yoga decks are spectacular overlooking the tail of Meganisi.

 

There is a private driveway leading to the main villa and the parking area, which is lined with wonderfully colorful lavender.

 

The villa has been lavishly furnished so the owner requests a security deposit of 2,000 Euros incase of damages which will be returned at the end of the holiday after being checked that everything is ok.

 

The villa does have a lot of steps with no handrails and there are large drops making it not suitable for younger children. The age limit for the villa is 15.

Off the main living area, you will find a set of beautiful double antique doors opening onto the master bedroom. The open plan layout of the bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe makes the room feel spacious. Large sliding pation doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

Prices

* Minimum stay 7 nights

* Possibility for long term rentals from October onwards

Payments
 
We require a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay amount into our bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. A further 70% of the total amount can be paid upon arrival or transferred to our bank account within the last week before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.​

Reservation Cancellations
​

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our postal address or via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or fax.

 

The amount of the deposit to be refunded:

​

  • Cancellation made more than 2 months before arrival - 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellation made less than 2 months but not less than 1 month before arrival - 20% of the deposit
  • Cancellation made less than 1 month before arrival - the deposit is not refunded
